Getting there Top
• by Air:
Ibiza can be reached over the whole year from various English airports. During the summer season from May to October numerous charter companies offer economic direct flights on a daily basis for package tourists and individual travellers.
The flying time from London to Ibiza takes around 2,5h. During the winter season air traffic is heavily reduced and most flights are via Palma de Majorca or Barcelona.
Ibiza airport is situated 6 Km from Ibiza town. A bus circulates between airport and town every 60 minutes from 7.30 to 22.35. A taxi ride costs ca. 15 €. Situation Plan Airport(i)

To travel by car from England can only be recommended when some overnight stops are planned. The distance from London to Barcelona via Dover is 1.420 km. In France and in Spain a toll has to be paid for the use of the highways (from the French/Spanish border to Barcelona around 12,- €). From Barcelona to Valencia it is another 351 Km (31,- €) and from Valencia to Denia 105 Km (7,- €). Ferries commute regularly from Barcelona, Valencia and Denia; as they are frequently fully booked in summer, it is recommended to make early reservations.
