It is situated at only 1.5 kms from San Jose, in front of a small town and in just 10 min from Ibiza town center and San Antonio . The exterior part of the house is divided in a dining room - terrace for 6 persons. Besides, is situated the big swimming-pool of 13x3 meters and nice way surrounded with palms that offer us a magnificent shade, this way as a great quantity of lawn for the whole garden.
