The Ibiza Finca "Can Carlos" lies close to the charming village of San Carlos in the north of the island. San Carlos has been home to many artists and you will find evidence of their presence in the famous Hippy Market and the cosy Tapas Bars. From here it is only a short drive to the tranquil beaches of the north east and one can reach the town centre in 3 minutes on foot. The FInca is without doubt one of the most traditional and oldest country houses San Carlos. It was completely reconditioned and restored in the year 2000. The owner has captured the charm and the tradition of the old ibicencan finca, with success! The Finca possesses a floor space of 150 sqm on 2 levels. On the ground floor you find a cosy living room with fire-place and SAT TV as well as a large well equipped kitchen in the country house style with open fire-place and breakfast terrace. Sleeping accommodation is provided by two twin rooms which share a bathroom and WC. On the upper floor is the Master bedroom with bath en-suite and Jacuzzi. From there, one enters a 30qm balcony with view of San Carlos. The Finca has several terraces, a pool, BBQ, and external shower/WC. The gardens are full of orange trees and are completely fenced.
