Between Ibiza city and Sta. Eulalia is the popular urbanisation of Roca Llisa. This magnificent house stands on a hill with a fantastic view of the mountains and the golf course below. It has an absolutely calm situation, without flight or traffic to disturb your stay. Here you enjoy stylish comfort on a floor space of nearly 300 square meters. On the outside you can relax on sunny or shady terraces. The beautifully landscaped gardens are tended daily by a gardener. There is a fabulous pool (14 x of 5 meters) with waterfall and infinite view over the countryside. Also one can entertain in the spacious outdoor kitchen area shaded by a Sabina roofed pergola. Much of the garden is surrounded by stone walls and is planted with lawn, palm trees, citrus fruit trees and innumerable flower bushes covering about 2000 m2 and is automatically watered. One enters the house by a roomy entrance hall. From here stairs lead down to the two main living areas. Both generous living/dining-rooms with open kitchens have enormous glass doors leading to the sunny pool terrace or the covered terrace with bamboo garden furniture. Each has an adjacent housekeeping area. Overall there 4 double bedrooms two with en-suite bathrooms. There is one further communal bathroom and a guest toilet. The house was equipped with top quality Asian furniture and decoration. From all seats one enjoys the wonderful view over the garden and the golf course. The property was built in 2004 and finished to a very high standard of installation.
